From the heights of Catholic religiosity

To the depths of Protestant secularity

Was paralleled by the elevation of state art

From the depths of Romantic secularity

To the heights of Classical light artistry.

By contrast to painting, light art most definitely

Signifies a 'fall', as from wavicle realism

To particle materialism, but one significant of

A progression from atoms to electrons,

And thus commensurate with the proletariat

Rather than the bourgeoisie.
